Precept Medical Products, Inc. Awarded Face Mask Agreement from the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) of the Defense Health Agency (DHA) Medical Logistics (MEDLOG) Division.

Arden, NC (October 10th, 2017) – Precept Medical Products, Inc. a designer and manufacturer  of nonwoven medical protective apparel products, announces receipt of separate incentive agreement awards for procedure and surgical face masks from the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) of the Defense Health Agency (DHA) Medical Logistics (MEDLOG) Division.

The agreements are for a base 3-year (36 months) term with effective dates from 1 September 2017 through 31 August 2020, with an option to extend for one 2-year (24 months) “option” period not to exceed a total of five (5) years.  The agreements may be extended upon mutual written agreement of the DLA MEDLOG division, Military Medical Enterprise Standardization Offices (MMESOs) and Precept Medical Products, Inc.

Precept products are provided through DLA Troop Support Medical’s DAPA Management System (DMS) and the authorized Medical/Surgical Prime Vendor distributors.

Precept agrees to give all designated military medical treatment facilities (MTFs) and Operational Units incentive pricing in exchange for purchase commitment of procedure and surgical face mask throughout the life of this agreement.
